The Kylee Zempel Blog

My name is Kylee Zempel, and I write things. There are many things I don’t know, but the things I do, I write about. If you find it here, chances are I care about it a great deal. Where I come from, when you believe something, you communicate it with the degree of conviction to which you believe it. So I have made it my mission to maintain that standard here. With that in mind, welcome to “the kylee zempel blog!” I hope you find what you’re looking for and so much more.

Kylee Zempel is a program advisor for the Institute on Political Journalism with The Fund for American Studies. She holds a BA in Communication Arts and an AS in Criminal Justice. An alumnus of TFAS, she also held internships with Radio America in Arlington, VA, and the Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin, Rebecca Kleefisch. Kylee currently resides in Washington, D.C., where she continues to write independently. In addition to politics and public speaking, she enjoys acting and directing, outdoor sports, running, art, coffee culture, and news consumption.
